You can visit us personally for registration.Please bring in two hard copies of the attached application form (For PMP® -- Download PMP® Application Form and For MCP® -- Download MCP® Application Form )along with you. 

Option - 2:

Please fill up the attached application form (For PMP -- Download PMP® Application Form and For MCP -- Download MCP® Application Form) as noted in the instructions of the form and send it to at customer@teleox.com.

We will intimate you about your registration within 24 hours. 

Option - 3:

Please fill up the below registration form to provide your details. Please inform on the program you are interested in and dates which will be convenient for you in the comment section.
