Job Description:
Areas of responsibility:
- Sales, Services and Relationship building.
- Responsible for receiving the customers, identifying their needs and accordingly
selling the Teleox Packages.
- Keeping track of the records in alliance with customer need, doing regular follow up
with the customer for package subscription
- The candidate has to ensure that the sales targets for the particular module are
achieved.
Key responsibilities:
- Facing the customers cordially, understand them, making them comfortable and
striking a conversation with them with respect to the Teleox product/service.
- Filter and search the potential database for matches based on customer requirements
and preferred package description from Teleox
- Follow up and keep a track of the profiles who revert with an interest and who are a
part of the short listed profile pool.
- Managing collections and generating relevant reports.
Desired Profile:
- Graduates/PG in any stream
We do not put emphasis on education. Rather you have to be honest, smart and hard working.
- Polite and well behaved
- Candidate should be fluent in Written and Oral Communication in English
- Soft spoken and smart in customer handling
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Ready to work on Saturday and Sunday on a need basis
